At North Of Nature our mission is to empower people on their spiritual journeys by providing high-quality products and services that support their growth and well-being. We believe that spirituality is a vital part of life and that everyone deserves to have and express their beliefs freely. The feeling of family is important to us. Our family spans multiple generations and has many different opinions on spirituality. Yet our common goal is to work as one and be together as a family while doing the things we love! With our family none of us belong to a certain spiritual or religious community but our biggest belief is that spirituality is beautiful in many forms and we don’t judge others based off what they believe. We accept all walks of spirituality that do not perpetuate hate or bring harm to others. Our goal is to connect with others on their spiritual journey, while at the same time walking the path our journey is taking us! Our company is dedicated to making all who come here feel welcome in the hope that when you leave you feel like family!

Quality Guarantee And Returns
We check all of our products for any unexpected defects during the making process, all the way to the shipping process. Our goal is to provide quality products you can rely on. If you get a product from us that does have defects beyond how nature or art intended, please contact us within 48 hours with a description of the defect and a picture to our email. We will begin the return process when the email with the description and the photo have been assessed and we’ve come to conclusion that we as a company are at fault for said defect. Furthermore we will not issue a refund until these steps are taken to ensure we as a company are at fault for said defect. If we are found to be at fault for the defect, we will pay shipping costs for you to send the defected item back to us. Then you will be issued a refund in full or offered an exchange for the same item or items.
If you intend to return an item without defects, then you will request a return through email. All contact and shipping information is on the Contact Us page of this website.
Make sure to title your email as “request return” and we will try to get back to you within 48 hours to start the return process. We will also not issues a refund until the item you’ve requested a return for is back within our care and we can assess the item or items for any damage. If we receive a returned item back damaged, that was not a defect where our company is at fault, you will be liable for that items cost at retail price and shipping back to you if you choose to retain the damaged item after our assessment is finalized.

We want to provide the best service we can to our clients, while at the same time safeguarding our assets and interests. We strive to be an open and honest company.
